A newly refurbished 4 bedroom Victorian house with 2 living rooms and garden in a lovely area of London. We overlook a small Park with a short walk to Walthamstow Wetlands, the marshes, the river Lea and William Morris Gallery.

We are ideally located to take full advantage of London`s attractions with Blackhorse Road stations 10 min walk (Victoria line) and St James`s Street Station 5 minuets away (overland to Liverpool Street station). Underground or buses take you to the Oxford Street, Southbank & Waterloo, City and London Bridge. Or Soho, British Museum, Hyde Park, National Gallery, St Paul`s, Millennium bridge and Tate Modern.

We are a professional couple with two well behaved children aged eleven and nine.
Our home has a lovely spacious living & dining room, front room, a garden, 4 bedrooms (one is a guest room and study) and 3 toilets/ bathrooms.
There are many books, DVDs , toys, children`s bikes & scooters.

We are looking for a family break in the countryside (Europe, UK, North America), We will take extremely good care of your home and we love pets so don`t mind looking after yours.

About the location

We are in Walthamstow with good connections to Central London (underground Victoria line, trains and buses). Close are Walthamstow Village with great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, Walthamstow Wetlands- a nature reserve with many wild birds and cycle lanes, Walthamstow Marshes And the Olympic Park.

We are interested in exchanging during UK school holidays and in the summer: April and May half term, summer 2020 for one or two weeks.
