Lovely bungalow with 2 double bedrooms. 1 bedroom has beamed ceiling is really nice. There are tvs in both rooms, a bathroom including seperate shower, adinning room, living room with electric fire and marble fireplace, a modern kitchen and an office with access to internet. The home is tastefully decorated throughout.

We have a garage and a very large lawned front garden with flowers, plants and a drive. The back garden has a decking area with plenty of seating, cane furniture, a water feature with a water fall rockery, BBQ and the garden is surrounded by a wall for privacy.

We have an Italian and a Chinese restaurant, a nice pub, a Church, hairdressers, chemist and beauty salon only 5 mins walk away.

The area has lovely countryside surrouding the village that is ideal for walking. There's a bus stop on our door step going to Durham and Newcastle metro centre. Durham is only 3 miles to the east and its a lovely old city with cathedral, castle and old cobbled streets... full of history!
