Lovely 4 Bed home in Probus, England
Our family home is a 4 bedroom property in the thriving mid Cornwall village of Probus. The village is ideally located within 20 minutes drive of south coast beaches and slightly more to the rugged north coast and it's fantastic open beaches. Probus is located at head of the tranquil Roseland peninsula.
The village has a couple of general stores, a great pub, 2 restaurants including an Indian, cafe and chip shop. The cathedral city of Truro is 6 miles to the west and easily reached by bus or car. It has lots of independent and high street shops, and plenty of great places to eat.
The house is ideally located for visiting the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and historic fishing ports of Mevagissey, Portscatho and St Mawes. It is also relatvely close to the A30 so has easy access to most other parts of Cornwall. Nearest train stations are at Truro or St Austell.
House has all mod cons; wi-fi, BT vision, dvd, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas central heating etc.
