Lovely 5 Bed home in Madrid, Spain

Apartment is located in the exclusive and beautiful area of Salamanca. High end shopping and top restaurants are located within walking distance (like living next to 5th ave). Close to Retiro Park (our version of Central Park). The area is wonderful for children as many smaller parks and playgrounds nearby. Going to the tourist area is a 7 minute cab ride (as if you lived in the West Village and went to Times Square)

The American Embassy is five minutes away and we live across from the Italian Embassy. Transportation in Madrid is cheap and plentiful with inexpensive taxis and metro (2 minute walk from apartment). Outside terraces everywhere, Reebok gym within 5 minute walk, and fun bars and clubs in the area.

We are in the heart of Madrid! Airport is 20 minutes from our house and train station is 10 minutes, giving you access to all of Europe and Spain. Weather is excellent all year round (a bit hot in August but Ibiza is a 45 minute plane ride).
