Our property flows into parkland and there is a tennis court for your use. The main floor consists of a L shaped living/dining area with wood burning fireplace that opens onto an outdoor deck and lower patio, study, kitchen, a double master bedroom, a TV lounge with 65” smart TV, and a bathroom. Two more double bedrooms, a single child`s room, a single daybed in the hall, and a bathroom are upstairs and a lower level has a shower/toilet, library/playroom, and laundry room. The backyard has a gazebo, a patio with bbq and hot tub, and a path accessing parkland with a tennis court, playground, and woodland walking trails. Easy access to city bus routes and walking and biking routes. Two adult bicycles are available in our garage and we can probably arrange for other adult or children’s bikes to be left there as well. We have a canoe that can be used on local rivers and lakes. We also have golf clubs, tennis racquets, and pickleball paddles for you.
