Our new exchange home is in a perfect spot, close to everything - Melville

We have downsized , to a perfect home exchange house, in a quiet area, but close to the river and beaches, and all that Perth has to offer.

Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms all newly decorated..one of the bedrooms is an office/sewing room, and the other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a double bed, so two couples would be the maximum.

It is an easy care place with a small front garden, and a nice courtyard for eating outside.

There are tennis courts right across the road, the library is at the end of the road, with buses to Perth and Fremantle every 15 minutes.

We are experiencied exchangers, love our home, and would treat your home as we would our own.

About the location

Melville is a nice quiet area, with lots of lovely homes around the tree shaded streets.the shopping centre is a 5 minute walk away, and there are many restaurants in the area.

Garden City shopping centre is 5 minutes by car... where all the department stores and designer shops are located.

The nearest beach is 4 kilometres away, and the river where we go kayaking is 5 minutes by car.

Perth has art galleries, restaurants, a world class casino by the river... Kings Park,is fantastic huge gum trees, lots of wildflowers and wildlife, and with amazing views of the Swan river, which starts in Fremantle and wends it’s way through to the Swan Valley vineyards.

There are lots of your companies offering day trips to the Pinnacles, Wave Rock, and New Norcia, just to name a few, and Rottnest Island is just a ferry ride away, to beautiful bays with crystal clear water.
