Loft apartment in Paris

A very nice and contemporary decorated loft in MONTMARTRE Metro Abbesses (the area of Amelie's film) . 100 sqm: A vast(according to french standards) open space of 75 square meters on the ground floor: the lounge is lighted by a ceiling glass-windows, dining room area, kitchen area with electric hobs, microwave-electric oven, dishwasher. On the first floor, a bed-room (25sqm) with kingsize bed, bath-room, clothes washer/dryer, wall cupboards. The TV room en suite with the lounge can be used as a second bed room with toilets. Very quiet, front-yard with flowers and plants. We don't have a car, but a car is not very useful in Paris: metro buses and taxis are the best way to move around. We're non-smoking but we don't mind smokers or pets. Sonia, our house keeper cleans the loft and irons our clothes every Monday afternoon, she can work for you during your stay, except if you don't want it.
