Lovely 3 Bed home in Saint John, Canada

Saint John is a charming, small port city in the heart of the maritimes on the beautiful Bay of Fundy which boasts the highest tides in the world. It offers numerous good restaurants, theatre, museum, art galleries, a bustling city market, good shopping and an array of easily accessible natural sites and wonders. www.whales-n-sails.com There is public waterfront for swimming, hiking, sailing, canoeing and kayaking and golfing in summer. Summers are moderate (low - mid 20's Celcius but can get hotter).

We are an hour and a half drive to the American border and the New England States. Our car can be made available to exchangers, but we would not need one in London.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a large and pretty front garden and patio, as well as a forested back garden with deck - great for bird and deer watching. It is a 5 minute walk to the yacht club www.rkyc.nb.ca and the beautiful Kennebecassis River.

Take a free ferry ride across to the peninsula and spend a day at Crystal Beach. Get used to no queues, no traffic, no crowds, ample cheap or free parking, and life in a lovely cul-de-sac with lovely, friendly neighbours.

One bedroom is currently being used as a study; there is another large study area downstairs.
