London pied a terre,convenient "Walthamstow village" location. First floor flat with own garden overlooking church and trees. One double bedroom and 1 single. Sunny,if smallish rooms.

One minute walk from nice pub, 2 minutes to restaurants and "best local shop in UK". 7 mins. from Walthamstow Central underground, buses, market, banks etc. Oxford Street 20 mins, Liverpool St, Kings Cross, Victoria, Stansted all very accessible.

Ideal for business or London break. I rented it to Italian volleyball support team during Olympics, and they were happy. TV, internet, DVD, CD, washing machine. Nice neighbours.
