Lovely 2 Bed home in Wells, England
Wells is the smallest city in England, beautifully situated between the Mendip Hills and the Somerset Levels. It is near to Glastonbury and Bath in ideal walking and cycling country. During winter, the starling murmuration on the levels are spectacular. Somerset is not so well known as some regions, but is all the better for that! There is a Farmers Market in the Market Place on Wednesdays selling excellent local produce. There is another market on Saturdays.
Our house is a semi-detached south facing cottage on a small lane. It is comfortable and homely, with a log burner in the living room, rather than luxurious. We have an off road parking space. We are within 10minutes walking distance of the Cathedral and Bishops Palace, but tucked away in a quiet spot.
