We have a large 2 storey brick home in the small tourist village of Morpeth. Our house overlooks farmland. There are cafes and restaurants as well as general services such as chemist and doctor only 5 minutes by foot. Morpeth is 8 kms to Maitland where there are good rail links to Sydney and Brisbane. Newcastle is our nearby city 30 minutes away. It has great beaches, restaurants and scenery as well as cultural experiences. Newcastle has a university and there is an airport enabling flights to many destinations. The world renowned Hunter Valley vineyards are only 50 minutes away by car.
