We live in a pretty, tree-lined area close to all the attractions of Yale University and close to public transportation to NYC, Boston and other shoreline areas in New England. Our house is a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath brick home updated with AC, WIFI, a totally modern kitchen, large patio and a flat, large back yard surrounded by a garden. We live a few blocks from a small village with a variety of stores. The neighborhood is quiet, wonderful for walking and biking and for meeting friendly people from all over the world. As home to Yale University, New Haven offers world class museums, theater, music and great restaurants. Our home is large enough for 8 but cozy enough for 2. We have filled our house with antiques and objects from our travels and have carefully cared for it. We will take the same care for your house and we hope for ours. Our house is perfect for people who want to explore NYC, Boston, Cape Cod and RI.
