We have a wonderful 5 bedroom Victorian house in Wanstead, East London, a leafy residential suburb that recently won Best London Village of the Year.

The house has a living room, formal dining room, kitchen, play room and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor (split level) there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 further bedrooms and there is a huge games room in the loft. We have a lovely garden with seating area, bbq, trampoline and slide for the kids.

Wanstead has a lovely village feel and is only 20mins to the city. It has a vibrant high street with lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, delis, pubs and bars. There is are 2 village greens, and easy access to Wanstead Park and Epping Forest. It is a very family-friendly area.

It is on the London Underground Central Line (red line) and is 6 stops from Liverpool St (the City) and 10 stops from the West End. It is also conveniently located for Canary Wharf.

We are only 2 miles, or 3 stops on the Tube, from Olympic Park, home of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
