A comfortable 3 bedroomed house with views over the Hauraki Gulf. We are on the northern side of auckland city, 15km drive away.

We have 3 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 queen sized, each with an en-suite. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and the other bedrooms can be accessed by a lift to the third floor The house is well equipped with dishwasher, dryer, 2 TVs including sky, printer with wifi available.

We are 5 mins walk from the beach which leads to walkways along the waterfront as well as several popular cafes and a supermarket. Our lawn bowling club and tennis club are 2 minutes walk.

About the location

We are in a beachside area with a number of cafes and restaurants. There is a bus-stop 50metres away which will get you to other beachside suburbs and Shopping Malls as well as into Auckland City.

There is a lovely safe swimming beach 5 minutes walk away and an 18 hole golf course about 3 minutes drive away.
