Hilltop

WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO SWAP THIS EASTER, MAY HALF TERM OR OVER THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS. We would consider weekend breaks.

Our home is a 200 year old farmhouse situated in a small, quiet village on the edge of the Lake District National Park with lovely views of the north western fells. Lakes, rivers, mountains and the coast are all nearby. This is a quieter part of the Lake District with the tourist town of Keswick 17 miles away.

Our closest amenities are in the market town Cockermouth, 6 miles. A car is essential in order to explore the area.

The house is approached along a short section of rough track. Parking available for one car.

Light, modern accomodation. 3 good sized bedrooms: (one en-suite) with king size bed, a dbl and a sgl bed (space for an air bed if needed). Lounge/diner,kitchen/diner, utility,cloakroom, main bathroom, 2nd lounge. Wood burning stoves.
Large, enclosed garden backing onto fields with livestock. Trampoline, summer house, garden furniture.
