Our house is secluded and in a beautiful setting, we have 4 double bedrooms 2 of which are ensuite. There is also a small single room and a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen with a table seating 10, there are three other areas with fireplaces and a utility room with washer and dryer.
The house is surrounded by gardens and woodland beyond, rolling into the beautiful Devon countryside along the river Erme towards Wonwell and Mothecombe beaches. It's a 10 minute drive to our nearest beach but there are many more clean, sandy beaches along the coast perfect for surfing, sailing, crabbing, rockpooling, walking etc. To the north there is Dartmoor National Park offering stunning walking, riding, swimming..
