Our spacious and light-filled 160 sqm (1700 sqft) apartment (3rd floor, lift) is situated in a well-renovated late 19th century residence on a quiet, residential, tree-lined street in the centre of Berlin, a few steps to the the Bellevue palace, Tiergarten park and the Spree riverside walking path.

Our apartment is furnished with an easygoing mixture of IKEA, custom-made and antique furniture, books galore, a grand piano and some artworks. No TV, just a DVD set, but high-speed WiFi internet - and many books and toys for children between 3 and 12.

We are centrally located: 10min to the Hauptbahnhof (main station), 20 min to Tegel Airport (by bus), served by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and many bus lines that will bring you to all major attractions in a matter of 10-20 minutes. Several large and safe playgrounds, sports facilities and pools can be found nearby, as well as several supermarkets, bakeries, bio shops, farmer's markets - and many cosy caf?s, restaurants and shops along the river. The Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Berlin Philharmonic, Art Museums and Potsdamer Platz are only a short walk or bike ride through the park away (you can use our bikes).
