Our beautiful and fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment, sleeps 8 + an extra double bed in the living room sofa. It is in an enclosed private condominium with a central very large sea water swimming pool with a lifeguard; the swimming pool is actually made out of two pools, one for adults and a shallow one for children and it is open during the summer season: (June 15th to Sept 15th). The condominium has green areas with secular pine trees and palms. Concierge service. It is a real peaceful oasis in a protected milieu which makes it unique for children.

There is a spacious living room and a dining table for 8. The kitchen is very big too with another table for six. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. The outdoor dining veranda has another table for 8 . There are 2 bathrooms ( 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). You can relax in the big private use garden and 200sq m terraces, There are also laundry room, cellar and garage. A private gardener comes in once a week for maintenance and cleaning.

Fully equipped with table/kitchenware, bed and bath linen. Telephone, internet and Sky tv also available on request. Independent heating and air-conditioning.

Very close to beaches, big supermarket and cycling pathway, 5 minutes bike ride or public bus to Sanremo town centre and 5 minutes drive to characterisctic town of Ospedaletti .20 minutes drive to French cote- d'Azur.
