We live in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short easy walk to bus and train services, Bassendean shopping precinct and the beautiful environs of the Swan River and Swan Valley wine area.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite toilet/shower and walk in robe; the second bedroom also consists of a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a king size single bed, each with built-in robes with adjacent bathroom. modern kitchen, TV room, 8 seat dining table, lounge and study. We are equipped with all modern appliances including large screen smart TV with Netflix and surround sound, and high speed internet, computer and WiFi.

Our home is unusual being built (in 1984) out of recycled heritage bricks, giving it a warm and homely feeling. Stained glass windows are a feature. The house is also passive solar designed, making it comfortable in all seasons. It is supplemented by a PV solar power system.

Outside is a large patio area for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful Perth weather.

We will arrange full garden maintenance for the exchange period.

An auto, air-conditioned, 2016 Hyundai i30 is also available for exchange.

About the location

Bassendean is situated on the Swan River and about 10 ks. north east of the city of Perth. It is now regarded as being an inner city suburb yet Bassendean still manages to retain its country town feel.
We have excellent local amenities, shopping centres, hotels and restaurants, everything that is required is in close proximity.
We are fortunate to be on the doorstep of the world renowned, Swan Valley wine growing area.
Our home is less than 10 minutes easy walk to the railway station and 2 minutes from a bus stop.
Perth is blessed with a generally mild Mediterranean climate, although summer does get hot, but not to worry, Perth and indeed all of Western Australia has some of the best beaches in the world. Outdoor activities all year round is the priority here.
Perth is the perfect base for exploring the wonders of WA.
