We live in a townhouse with basement kitchen diner and garden, comfy living room on the ground floor, beds and baths above.
We are five mins walk from Brighton station near 7 dials. Town is all walkable from here and there are regular buses further afield. We have cinemas, restaurants, theatre, parks, North Laine boutiques, supermarkets and the beach within 20 mins walk. We have a beach hut on a dog friendly beach in Hove. It's easy to get out to some lovely walking and pub lunches on the South Downs (also by train and buses if you don't drive). It takes 50 minutes into London on a fast train if you want to do day trips.
We have TV and freeview (no pay TV), DVD player, Wii U and lots and lots of books.
