Our modern villa is located in a residential area with magnificent front line views to the Mediterranean sea. A 5 minute drive takes you to a number of local bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a tennis court and a pretty cove with pebbly beach. A 10 minute drive away is the main sandy beach which gently shelves into the sea and is fringed by a lovely promenade with a variety of bars and restaurants. Javea also has a pretty port and historic Old Town, where at various times of the year local fiestas are held giving a real flavour of Spain.
