Our home is a 1970's detached home down a 100 yard driveway, with a large enclosed garden. A large entertaining deck with bbq and seating and a sea view and beautiful sunny rooms. Double garage and carport. We have 2 cars.

With 2 teenage girls we have lots of entertainment - 2 bikes suitable for kids up to about 12 years, 2 adult bikes, scooters, a playroom downstairs (doubles as the 4th bedroom) and a movie theatre.

A lovely enclosed wood fire in the lounge with a fan.

About the location

Local shops and restaurants at Highbury Village are within 15 minutes easy walk or 2 minute drive. Auckland city is a 15 minute drive over the harbour bridge or buses are frequent or a ferry service runs from the local pier. Once in Auckland there are ferry services to beautiful Waiheke Island with its beaches and vineyards. Auckland also has so much to do and see. Sky Tower for amazing views and revolving restaurant Orbit and the casino. Vibrant waterfront entertainment and restaurant area. Auckland Museum, Arts Gallery, Commercial Bay shopping and lots more.
