The dining room has bi-fold doors which open to an 18 foot expanse with a view over the water.
The kitchen also has a view over the water through the bi-fold doors.

There is a two person paddle boat with a private beach to launch it from. There are many canals leading off the river to explore and just a short paddle away is the Mooloolaba shopping and cafe precinct.
The yard is fully fenced and the gate to the water is lockable for young children.
There are two neighbours who are great friends and know exactly how my house works so you would never be stuck with any problems.
The Sunshine Coast is a one hour drive north of the capital city of Queensland, Australia, Brisbane. International flights land into Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast is a city of 200,000 people but our city is strung out along 50 miles of spectacular coastline. There are no crowds, no traffic jams and no pollution as the sea breezes take care of that. As you can imagine in a seaside environment the living is casual and the people are friendly. Australians will stop and help with directions and generally are happy to have a chat with perfect strangers. We have no shortage of restaurants, cafes and bars cooking beautiful foods from many different nationalities to a la carte. Restaurants are high on mountains in the hinterland, perched over water on the coast and even on boats touring the river and canals.
There are two malls within a few minutes driving distance from the house. In Mooloolaba, as well as every other beach along the coast, are many different trendy boutiques with everything your heart could desire for sale. On Saturdays and Sundays are when the farmer's markets are open. There are many across the coast. The furtherest one is a 40 minutes drive. Eumundi Markets, which has the enviable reputation of being the best in Australia, is a 25 minute drive on Saturday mornings. You will not be bored with so much to see there, local handmade crafts, food and musical performances by locals and you can explore the old town of Eumundi as well. You won't have any trouble finding a local handmade craft to take home to remind you of your Sunshine Coast holiday.
There many plays on across the Sunshine Coast at any time. www.livetheatre.com.au
Mooloolaba has a beautiful art gallery as do many of the other beaches along the coast.
Point Cartwright (photo shown) is one of the many walks available. Walk through the bush in the hinterland or along beside the water. The choice is all yours from botanical gardens and national parks to manicured muncipal park.
There are three gyms and one yoga studio all within five minute walk of the house. Or you can just grab my weights or your yoga mat and exercise right on the deck over the water.
Here are just a few of the day trips you can make. Hinterland - Start at one end of the ridge and drive from Flaxton through the quaint town of Montville, with its many one of a kind shops, on to Maleny. This is a circular drive starting at Nambour and driving down the mountain from Maleny along the Bruce Highway back to Mooloolaba. A tour of the working dairy farm of Maleny Dairies is something you could work into your day in the hinterland. malenydairies.com/tours Another trip is driving along the coastal beaches and ending up in the world famous Noosa. Brisbane is well worth visiting for one day or stay overnight. Take a river taxi to see the sights from the river. The Kenilworth cheese factory and surrounding district is a day trip not to be missed.

Also from Mooloolaba is a day trip to the biggest sand island in the world, Fraser Island or you can stay overnight on the island at the resort or one of many apartments and houses available. If you require any more information I can get heaps of brochures from the tourist office to have available for you. All in all the Sunshine Coast is one of the easiest living and beautiful places in the world to call home and we would be very proud if you chose us as your holiday destination.
