Lovely 2 Bed home in Vancouver, Canada

My 1000 square foot (93 meters squared) house was custom built in 2010 and is located in East Vancouver. Upstairs features a large master bedroom with king bed, a small second bedroom with a double bed, and a large bathroom with soaker tub/shower. The main floor features a living room and den with fully equipped modern kitchen. Outdoor space is plentiful with a landscaped patio and comfortable sitting and dining furniture.

The house is located across the street from a lovely park with playground and field. The community is centrally located and a 15 minute drive or direct bus to downtown Vancouver. It has easy access to the airport, Whistler, the ferries to Vancouver Island and all area attractions.

The house is ideal for 4 people. Best of all, the house is part of a large lot with another family home on site. The family are our good friends who are happy to welcome you and be a resource for Vancouver info (while still allowing plenty of privacy!).
