Waterfront Home near Parry Sound
Enjoy the panoramic view from our waterfront home and large deck. Our two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom home is sunny and bright situated on the Mill Lake / Sequin River system. There is a dock at the end of our garden where you can launch our canoe or two kayaks, go swimming, cast a line to fish or just sit and soak up the sun`s rays. Two bikes are also available to explore the area.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood, a ten minute drive from the town of Parry Sound.
We have 2 cats that are low maintenance & would appreciate offers for pet care. They have an automatic feeder. We kindly ask that they have their water bowl topped up & litter box cleaned. They can be left for 2 - 3 days if you wish to travel.
We would be willing to consider a car exchange.
P.S. We have a 2 bedroom condo in Savannah, Georgia which is a wonderful historic city with Southern charm. Please check our listing HE29848
