Lovely 4 Bed home in East Lavant, England

Delightful, comfortable family house set in the beautiful South Downs national park.

Village location, 5 mins from historic Chichester, one and a half hours from London. Lovely sandy beach nearby; hills for walking and off-road cycling on doorstep. Great local pub. We are on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, so if it is Glorious Goodwood week, a day out at the races is a 30 min walk away. Likewise, Chichester Festival Theatre is down the road and has a full summer program of pre-West End shows.

We have a pretty flowering garden with table-tennis, trampoline, barbeque and outdoor furniture. In the garage are 4 bikes you can use (2 for off-road cycling).

Inside there are far-reaching views from most rooms. Downstairs has a main kitchen / garden room with French doors onto the garden, and 2 sitting rooms with TVs, books, toys etc. Our style is bright and cosy. Upstairs we have 2 double rooms and 3 single (one of which we use as a dressing room). House comes complete with cat who requires little attention - just the odd bowl of food.
