5 rooms, each one with WC and shower ensuite, one double bed and two pliable sofa-beds. Large salon with fireplace, living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Exterior barbecue, 10x5 meters swimming pool, extra WC for the pool, terrace, private parking.
Accommodates any number of people up to 20 (one couple and 2 children in each room) but the most comfortable use is for any number of people, up to 10.
The house was built in 2002 to be rented as a short period holiday home but will be available for exchange with the guarantee there will be no other guests.
Situated in the countryside in one area of orange trees. Very quiet. Very friendly English neighbours that will help in anyway necessary.
