My Edinburgh Garden Flat is within easy access of city centre but is in quiet suburbia. It has small conservatory over-looking a large garden, sitting room, bathroom, kitchen, double bedroom and single bedroom. The garden, very private, has tables and chairs throughout.This is a leafy and eccentric part of Edinburgh.

There are many buses to the centre of city and car exchange could be possible for trips. Local shops are a three minute bus journey or a shortish walk.

The flat is part of an Artisan dwelling which was built in 1790 and has commensurate eccentricities. I have Good neighbours close by in this historic part of truly historic, cultured and architecturally unique Edinburgh. Shops are good too I believe! Though the property sleeps 3, it would be most suitable for 2 people or couple and child. As a flat used intermittently, it does not have a land line or internet connection currently. However good mobile signal and mobile internet access are available.
