Four bedroom spacious detached house with stunning open aspects situated on the edge of a South Nottinghamshire village. Our house is spacious and warm, with a large kitchen diner, lounge with open aspects to the rear, separate downstairs office and a large playroom/ cinema entertainment room which includes a piano. Downstairs loo and dishwasher.

Upstairs we have two double bedrooms, and two singles. One has a children's bed and the other currently has a sofa bed.

We can provide toys, books and games a plenty for a family, plus bikes, tennis gear etc.

Cotgrave is a large friendly village, well equipped with a few shops, a library, takeaways and a leisure centre with swimming pool. It is ideally situated for the Vale of Belvoir, the Peak District National Park, Rutland and Derbyshire as well as of course great shopping in Nottingham itself which is only 5 miles away. There are nearby, efficient frequent buses to Nottingham. Our house has rural outlook, is modern, spacious and warm.

Nottingham has all cultural facilities needed plus excellent shopping. Local walks from door on foot include woods, bird watching sites, excellent farm shop.

We are 1hr.20mins drive to Stratford upon Avon, with easy routes onwards to south and west, 2 hours to York. 30 min drive to fast rail to central London.

Short drive to Vale of Belvoir, and Leicestershire villages; east to Grantham, Rutland water reservoir, Stamford. Just 1hr30 mins northwest to Derbyshire and Peak District nat. Park for hill walking and amazing villages. We are central for exploration of unspoilt England.
