Lovely 4 Bed home in Maria Alm, Austria

Austria during summer is stunning! This is our 2nd home in the mountains and has amazing views from the balcony. In winter we let the chalet to skiers and sometimes to walkers in the summer. The rest of the time it is for family use. Unfortunately, we cannot always take advantage of it so we would like to offer it for exchange. It is typically Austrian and authentic but has been renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. We also have a sauna and outside hot tub.

This is a walkers paradise and it is truly beautiful in the summer. We are open to all offers and we love to travel. We might be persuaded to offer a ski week if the right exchange came along! :)
