Our house is a modernised old cottage(central part around 1675). It has a wood burning stove and an open fire.
The village is small but very welcoming. It is set in the World Heritage Site of Avebury. There is ancient stone circle in the village - but also a pub shop (run by the community)and transport to Marlborough a thriving town. Bath Oxford and Cirencester are an hour away and easy access to London by car bus or train. (The stations available are a bus or car drive).
