The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with rooftop solarium, conservatory and terrace off the main bedroom. There is also a private enclosed patio garden and gated communal pool. The villa has cable freeview TV, a fully equipped kitchen, several sunloungers, patio furniture and BBQ. For your comfort air-conditioning is available throughout the property.

The villa is just a few minutes walk away from friendly welcoming bars, restaurants and local shops.

Approximately 7 minutes drive away are wonderful sandy Blue Flag beaches. For those who want to explore further the popular resort of Benidorm and its many attractions including the Terra Mitica Theme Park is an hours drive away as are some beautiful trips out to the mountains and surrounding villages. Closer by are the very Spanish seaside towns of Guadamar and Santa Pola, both of which have beautiful beaches and weekly markets. La Marina is an ideal location to further explore Spain.
