My home is in a leafy, quiet street at the end of a cul de sac so there is no passing traffic. The house has been recently fully renovated with a gorgeous kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, a spare room kitted out as a study, a massive sunny deck and lovely spacious bathroom with deep bath and separate glass shower. A car comes with the house as does a very friendly cat called Queenie who needs to be fed twice daily. The neighbours are great so if you want to go away for a few days at a time to explore, the neighbours will feed Queenie and look after the house.
