Small Victorian terraced house, convenient for tube.

A Victorian terraced family house in a vibrant multi-cultural area with excellent tube links into central London.
Quiet road, very close to shops. We have a small cosy sitting room, a separate dining room with a sofa (great for chatting to whoever is doing the cooking). There is a small bathroom downstairs with bath and shower.
Upstairs our two children share a bright sunny room which has a double bed with a single bunk above. It's a decent size and full of toys and books. The master bedroom is open up to the roof with skylights which allow the sun to flood in. There is a dressing room off to the side so the bedroom is clear and uncluttered.
We have Sky tv in both the rooms downstairs and you will of course be able to use our Wifi, and play with our kids toys.

About the location

It is a quiet friendly street, just off a busy multi-cultural street with shops open late and plenty of fresh veg and a great Japanese takeaway. Transport links to central London are extremely good:
- Seven Sisters tube (Victoria line 10 minutes from Kings Cross, 15 minutes to Oxford Circus)
- Seven Sisters Train (trains into Liverpool St via Hackney, London Fields)
- Bus routes - numerous routes in every direction, both into Central London and local.
The West End is less than 30 minutes away, as are most the galleries and museums.
More locally, Crouch End has some lovely boutiques, restaurants and cafes and is only one bus journey 2 miles away.
Stoke Newington with the lovely Clissold Park and many more restuarants and bars is within 1.5 miles.

We are looking for house swaps during British School Holidays (Half Terms, Easter and Summer) and would be interested in homes in the UK or in Europe.
