A cozy flat in Central London

I live in a very cozy flat with very nice flatmate Charlotte (her BF stays here sometimes too), who is a PhD student in the same neuroscience research group I am completing my PhD right now, we have 2 bedrooms on different floors, big living room joined with Kitchen. Flat is very close to Arsenal stadium, 10min walk to Finsbury park/Manor house tube stations. Great park, and a good gym nearby. Absolutely amazing climbing centre (the castle climbing centre) next to us too.

About the location

Area is rather residential (very nice quite street) and full of nice cafes and restaurants a few streets down (e.g. on Stoke Newington Church street).
