Our house is a renovated free standing 1920's cottage with a two storey extension. The house is set on a small block on a tree lined street. The older part of the house has 3 bedrooms, bath and lounge while the extension has an open plan kitchen/living room downstairs and a study, bath and bedroom upstairs. The extension is air-conditioned.

This part of Sydney is known as the Inner West of Sydney. We are part of the Abergeldie estate on the northern side of Dulwich Hill. Our closest shopping street and western line rail station is Summer Hill. The closest public transport is the newly open light rail station called Arlington. It is a 5 minute walk away on the other side of a local park.
