The large open plan living area backs on to a cosy conservatory, overlooking the garden. The tranquil garden gets much sunshine in the summer time, and has a small rockery and pond, which leads to the summerhouse at the back (which is used as an office).

About the location

This luxury garden apartment, in the heart of the Regency area, only 3 minutes walk away from the beach, and on the door step of many bars and restaurants. There is a direct train to London, which takes 1 hour, and runs daily, making London an easy place to enjoy and visit.

Brighton is a fantastic city offering both beach, shops and entertainment, as well as history. There is a large shopping centre, and many much loved unique independent shops around the well known North Lanes. The town has a lot of history, including the famous Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion which was built for Prince George IV, who later became King of England.

We are also based very near (about 20 mins by road or rail) from the historic market town of Lewes (famously known from the Battle of Lewes back in 1264). There is a stunning castle to walk around, and includes many pubs, cafe's and small independent antique shops.

In the opposite direction (approx 30 mins by road or rail) you'll get to another historic town called Arundel, again, a magnificent castle centred on the hilltop, surrounded by beautiful walks along the river.

If you carry on from Arundel a further half an hour, you'll get to the beautiful city of Chichester, which is home to a 12th century cathedral.
