Picnic Cottage a minute from the River Dart

Picnic Cottage is my home but also a small Bed & Breakfast and sometimes a holiday let, It's a very cute cotttage only a minutes walk to the ferry across to Dartmouth.
In Kingswear we have fantastic river walks, an amazing yacht club, a restuarant, village shop and traditional village pubs with views to die for!
The cottage was completely renevated in 2008 and has an open plan kitchen, living dining area with a real fire. There is a small decking area to the front of the house and a courtyard garden to the back.
Upstairs on the first floor there is a kingsize bed with an en suite shower and another main bathroom with deep bath.
Up to the second floor is an open plan loft room with great views across the river towards Dartmouth Royal Navel College and upstream. This room has the option to pull a double mattress out on the floor. It also has a sofa, Tv, tea and coffee making facilities. It's a lovely light room!
All tastefully decorated.

About the location

Dartmouth and Kingswear sit on the banks of the stunning River Dart. Google it! I think you could rate it as one of the prettiest places in the world. Stunning castles at the mouth of the river, lots of very old houses teamed with new designs.
