Edwardian Home on the edge of Hampstead Heath

My home is a three storey house. It is divided into a three bedroom family home over the ground and first floor; On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen with large table and sitting area. There is a lounge room to the front of the house. The three bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. There is a self contained studio apartment in the top floor, bathroom and kitchen - this is not part of the exchange/rent. It is a pretty robust home, there is solid oak flooring on the ground floor and laminate floor.

I am away for the full month of May 2015.
I have a retired greyhound dog, he can be here or with friends.

About the location

I live in a tree lined Edwardian quiet street; a 3 minute walk from Hampstead Heath/Parliament Hill Fields. I am a 10 minute walk from the famous and trendy Camden Market going south and a 10 minute walk from Highgate Village to the North. Hampstead Village is beautiful walk across the heath. A five minute walk will take you to a number of gastro pubs, a craft beer pub and a selection of cafes and restaurants, all with outside seating.
The house is situated with excellent transport links, to both the west end and city. There is the tube from kentish town, buses C2, 214 and C11 stop at the end of the street and gospel overground 2 mins away.
