Our house is newly renovated throughout. it is warm in the winter months because it was insulated recently.

Claudelands is an established suburb of Hamilton with a number of houses from the early Settler Era of New Zealand. The suburb is near the river and within walking distance to all amenities of the city centre.
The immediate neighbourhood of our house are pleasant suburban dwellings. It is in a quiet street.
