A beautifully renovated Victorian House within a conservation area, with sea views, close to two parks, one of which is largest urban park in the city, complete with children's playground, cricket and football pitches, tennis courts, basketball courts and a velodrome.
Spacious bedrooms over two floors comprised of:
Master bedroom - a very large, bright room with a Super King sized bed
Bedroom 2 - again, very large, with a king size bed and a bay window from which you can see the sea
Bedroom 3 - a good sized sunny room with a king size double bed
Bedroom 4 - large loft room with single bed in one area and a Day Bed in another, which opens out into a double bed, making this room capacity three.
On the ground floor is a large sitting room with an open fireplace and french windows leading onto a side patio with a small table and two chairs.
Our large, modern kitchen/diner (equipped well for any cooking enthusiast!) has a set of doors opening onto a patio and a private, sunny garden with BBQ, outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

The house is situated in a quiet family community, with plenty of green space, an Edwardian manor house & park and local shops within 5 minutes walk. Brighton's vibrant city is within walking distance (1.6 miles/2.6k)
Brighton beaches are within a 15 minute drive, or a short bus ride. Brighton's famous Pavillion and historic Lanes are within a 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive, along with all the other cultural and leisure attractions Brighton has to offer. Beautiful walks in the South Downs from 10 minutes by car. London is 56 minutes by train and we have a local station within 11 minutes walk.

You could happily visit here without using a car at all, but if you want to venture further afield, within 1-2 hours drive time is a wealth of historical sites, such as Bodium Castle, Weald & Downland Open Air Museum, Michelham Priory, Canterbury Cathedral, Dover Castle, Hurstmonceaux Castle & Observatory/Science Centre, Lewes Castle, Anne of Cleve's House and Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard, which houses many things including the Mary Rose.
