Home in Sonoma County Wine Country

We have a well kept 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on a private lot, but close to our local town of Santa Rosa, CA. We have a large kitchen, with a kitchen table, formal dining room, family room, and a formal living room, which is used as our office and where our grandchildren can play games and color etc. There are decks on the front and backside of the house and decks off of the master bedrooms two sliding glass windows.There is a beautiful view from the front deck which looks towards the west and when you go to the back deck, it faces a forest of bay laurel trees. Very private and relaxing.

Two or our bedrooms are at one end of the house with a full bathroom and the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house with it's own bathroom.

We have a steep driveway with an area for parking cars and there are steps to get into the house. You can get into the house through the front door or through the garage.

About the location

The area we live in, Santa Rosa, California is in Sonoma County. This area is beautiful and central to many amenities. Sonoma County has so much to offer such as a wonderful medetarrainean climate, over 400 award winning wineries, which includes the famous Napa Valley wineries, just 30 minutes away. A spectacular coastline and beaches, towering redwoods, museums, farmer’s markets, incredible restaurants, and more. Just 3-4 hours away, we have the towering Sierra Mountains and the spectacular Lake Tahoe area and in just an hour or less, we have the diverse and exciting city of San Francisco. Seven minutes away, there is the small town of Healdsburg, with wonderful restaurants, interesting shops, and during the summer months, this town hosts a fantastic free weekly music event. 2 hours north of us is the wonderful town of Mendocino, with lots of unique shops and beaches. There is so much to do and see.

We are also very close to grocery stores, drug stores, cleaners and a lot of great restaurants.
