Kitchen is light and airy and fully equipped, large American fridge, dishwasher and range style cooker. French doors lead out to patio area and enclosed rear garden. Outside there is a separate sunroom.
Upstairs, main bedroom has king size bed and overlooks front of house, second bedroom has double bed and pull out single bed also available in this room. French doors opening onto small Juliet balcony which overlooks rear garden.
Bathroom has roll top bath and separate shower cubicle, WC. & sink. Ample parking on road at front of house.
House is occupied by two cats and one dog( dog will accompany us) Cats would need looking after please ( food & fuss, they have a cat flap)

About the location

Set in a peaceful and sought after area of Penarth, overlooks a village green and tranquil walkway. Couple of minutes walk to seafront with a Victorian Pier(has just won Pier of The Year )and selection of fine restaurants. Centrally located to walk to Penarth Town Centre, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, local pubs etc.
Train station is a 4minute walk from house and a 12minute ride into Cardiff City Centre - which has a range of architecture, museums, cultural events, things to do and places to visit.
Cardiff Bay is also only a short distance from Penarth, can be walked to via Cardiff Bay Barrage or 10minute drive from house. Various water-sports and boat rides are on offer, as well as a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes, along with Millennium Centre
