Our modern two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is spread over three levels and is part of a conversion of a heritage listed building with loads of character. There is a great cafe serving fantastic organic meals and coffee as part of our complex. There are two double bedrooms, a large living dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a home office downstairs with a further double sofa bed and room for a further single mattress. We have public transport pretty much on our doorstep and you will be in the city centre in around 30 minutes. The use of a car is also possible.

About the location

We live a diverse, vibrant inner city neighbourhood just 7 kilometres north of the centre of Melbourne. Our neighbourhood is safe and peaceful but within walking distance to many great cafes, restaurants shops and bars. Known as a hub for creative types, we have great live music venues and galleries so there is always something interesting going on.

The start of the world famous Great Ocean Road is only 1 hour away, as are the spectacular Dandenong Ranges to the east and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula wine region to the south. If you want to ski in Winter there are three ski resorts accessible as day trips.
