It's a recently renovated 2 bedroom plus 2 bathrooms penthouse with 2 big terraces that have spectacular views (Montjuic and the Cathedral to the front, and Agbar tower to the back, which lights up in bright colors at night - you even have views from the shower!). You will enjoy having breakfast, lunch or dinner at the main terrace or sunbathing in one of the two spaces. We have an outdoor shower in the main terrace as well.

It also has a study room, a living and dining room, plus a fully equiped kitchen. Lots of fiction books in English available, in case you have time to relax and read! DVD's available too.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed. 2 bathrooms: the guest bathroom (1 shower) and the ensuite bathroom (main room), which has both a shower and a vintage beautiful bathtub to relax after a long day!

About the location

We love our neighborhood because although it's downtown and near all the main attractions, we are in a quiet non-touristy area, with all the local amenities one needs (market, supermarkets, local library, gym, parks, etc.).

Located in downtown Barcelona, a quiet area right next to Arc del Triomf and Barcelona's main bus station, a 10-minute walk from Ciutadella Park and El Born, and a 15-minute walk from Plaza de Catalunya (Barcelona's center square). Barcelona's Metro Line 1 is a block from the apartment, and it will take you straight to Plaça de Catalunya and Plaça Espanya (very convenient for those of you travelling to a Trade Fair). Line 2's Tetuan train station is 3 streets away and it takes you to Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in just 2 stops. Local market, supermarkets everywhere, pharmacy just around the corner. Train from which to travel North to the coast (beaches only 20 min. away by train) 1 block away
