suburban home
My home is set among trees five minutes walk from shops, bus and train stations. I have a living and a sun-room which faces north and is a lovely room to live in and gaze out at deck and garden with many birds. I have two friendly laying (usually) hens who enjoy human company and have a large pen to live in.
About the location
Located in the Shoalhaven region 20 minutes from many beaches and also mountains. The provincial city of about 25,000 is set on a river and is about 1 hour drive to Wollongong and 2 hours drive from Sydney or a 2 3/4hr train or bus trip. It is a very beautiful area and popular tourist destination. The climate is temperate with dry mild winters, delightful spring and autumn and a wet humid summer.
