Family town house in lovely suburb of Edinburgh

we love our home, it is a 3 story mid terrace townhouse, 3 double bedrooms, top floor has 2 double bedrooms plus a bath/shower room, middle floor has sitting room-sky tv. landing with work station, kitchen and large 3 tiered garden. ground floor has den room + shower room.
Private parking in drive in front of house, local train into central Edinburgh at top of street, regular bus service into city centre.local supermarket within 10 mins walking. 10 mins walk from Portobello promenade and beach. immediate access onto A1 to tour anywhere.

We do have a cat, called Kai, who we would love to leave here, but we can move him out if necessary.
