Fairly spacious kitchen with oil-fired stove, electric hob and central dining table for up to 6 people. There is a picnic table in the garden and plenty of space outside to enjoy the panoramic views all around. At night there is no light pollution and you can enjoy the stars.

About the location

We are situated on the edge of Dartmoor and you can walk from here to many lovely places both long and short distances. The River Dart is close for walking or for kayaking in winter months. We are close to Widecombe in the Moor and about 15 mins drive from the small town of Ashburton with its many independent shops and cafes, unusual these days!
