Our home is a modern three bed two bath home. We have a great entertaining area and swimming pool. Our front verandah opens out on to natural bushland, but still in suburbia. We have a theatre room equiped with game consoles and cable tv. The kitchen is modern with a dishwasher and large fridge and seperate freezer. The entire house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning - both heating and cooling. We have both a washing machine and dryer, and two clothes lines. Our house comes with the use of a BA Falcon sedan 2004 model automatic - ideal for site seeing!

About the location

Our home is a ten minute walk to the local shopping centre and estuary. Australind is situated ten minutes north of Bunbury city. In Bunbury, you can take a dolphin tour, relax with a coffee at one of the local cafes or take in a show at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre.

The award winning wine region of Margaret River is only a 45 minute scenic drive away. Visit the wineries or breweries for a relaxing lunch. For the more adventurous, there are the Supertubes at Smiths Beach - one of the many great spots for surfing. There is also a great variety of guided and unguided cave tours.

We are located only an hour and a half drive south of Perth.
