I live in a cosy studio in central paris, right between Champs-Elysées/Concorde/Louvres and Opéra, near by tube stations, bikes.
The studio has one bathroom, a queen size bed and a kitchen.
Use the washing-machine, freezer and be at ease.
It is the best area for living.
If you want to run in the morning, jog in parc Monceau, if you want to eat late night, go down and walk to the most fabulous restaurants, if you want to have a cocktail evening : 'La Cantine du Faubourg' is right downstairs! Pont de l'Alma, Invalides, ... etc, welcome to the heart of the City of Lights!

8th borough is the most beautiful and safe area in Paris, between Eiffel Tower-Concorde-Parc Monceau and Opéra. you can sightsee paris by foot.
Anywhere in paris is close by foot , bike or subway :
Monmartre - 3 stops subway
Notre-Dame - 15 mins by subway - 25 minutes by bike
... etc.
